Alfalfa Seeds are used to make sprouts just like moong sprouts.
It is noted for its superior content of vitamins, minerals and protein, compared to other feed sources.
How to Sprout?
- Take 50 grams of Alfalfa Seeds in a bowl of water for 24 hours.
- Then remove water and wash 3 times with normal tap water.
- Cover half it for next 24 hours with a plate having holes. (Do not completely cover it)
- Now simply toss sprouts for good air circulation. Leave it open for next 12 hours.
- Wait until your sprouts are ready to eat.
